I’m Alon Sendowski, a Total Rewards and Global Stock Plans consultant dedicated to helping companies design and manage compensation strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent worldwide.
With deep experience leading total rewards, equity, and global benefits programs for Fortune 500 organizations, I bring a strategic, data-driven approach to compensation design and execution. I’ve overseen $300M+ in annual rewards budgets, led large-scale M&A integrations, and implemented global stock and HRIS platforms that align people programs with business goals.
Before founding my consulting practice, I served as Director of Global Benefits & Stock Plans at SiriusXM Pandora, where I transformed the company’s equity and total rewards operations—driving efficiency, compliance, and a stronger employee value proposition. My earlier roles at TEGNA (Gannett/USAToday) and Segal Consulting helped shape my expertise in rewards governance, analytics, and operational excellence across complex global environments.
I hold dual master’s degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Human Resources Management (MHRM), along with a B.S. in Finance and International Business.
My mission is to partner with forward-thinking companies to build reward programs that inspire performance, promote equity, and scale globally with impact.
