Founder/Executive Consultant

Alon Sendowski, MBA, MHRM

I’m Alon Sendowski, a Total Rewards and Global Stock Plans consultant dedicated to helping companies design and manage compensation strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent worldwide.

With deep experience leading total rewards, equity, and global benefits programs for Fortune 500 organizations, I bring a strategic, data-driven approach to compensation design and execution. I’ve overseen $300M+ in annual rewards budgets, led large-scale M&A integrations, and implemented global stock and HRIS platforms that align people programs with business goals.

Before founding my consulting practice, I served as Director of Global Benefits & Stock Plans at SiriusXM Pandora, where I transformed the company’s equity and total rewards operations—driving efficiency, compliance, and a stronger employee value proposition. My earlier roles at TEGNA (Gannett/USAToday) and Segal Consulting helped shape my expertise in rewards governance, analytics, and operational excellence across complex global environments.

I hold dual master’s degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Human Resources Management (MHRM), along with a B.S. in Finance and International Business.

My mission is to partner with forward-thinking companies to build reward programs that inspire performance, promote equity, and scale globally with impact.

Natalie Sendowski, MA, SHRM-CP

I’m Natalie Sendowski, an experienced Human Resources leader and consultant with over a decade of experience helping organizations build stronger, more connected, and people-centric workplaces.

My background spans Benefits, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Learning & Development, giving me a holistic understanding of how to align HR programs with both business strategy and employee experience. I’ve worked with dynamic, growth-focused organizations like Toast and Sompo, where I helped design and implement scalable HR frameworks that supported rapid expansion and cultural transformation.

I’m passionate about creating environments where employees can thrive — combining operational excellence with meaningful engagement and development opportunities. Whether leading HR initiatives, improving processes, or advising on strategic people programs, I bring a practical, empathetic, and data-informed approach to every challenge.

I hold a Master in Public Health degree from the University of Miami along with a B.A. in Psychology.
